Today's inspiring quote reminds us that there is nothing about our bodies that is "wrong" or "broken". It is only our perception of ourselves that needs to be adjusted so that we can finally see that we are perfect and whole.

We do this by truly loving our bodies, listening to cues for what they need, trusting their inner wisdom, and allowing them to gravitate back to their rightful state of wellness.

Just as healers focus intently on wellness rather than dwelling on the sickness itself, we must also learn how to stop obsessing about fat, cellulite, and the belief that we are not yet perfect. Focusing on those things does only one thing - keeps perpetuating and strengthening their existence in our reality.

According to the Law of Attraction, we will continue to create more of whatever we focus on!

Focus on fat, on not being good enough, on hating various parts of ourselves, and that is exactly what we will continue to create.

Focus on loving our bodies, feeling good about ourselves, feeling strong and healthy and slender and fit - and more of THOSE things will be drawn to us.

Losing weight with the Law of Attraction is not about fixing anything; it's about removing our focus from what already "is" and creating something new by the power of our renewed focus.

Focus only on wellness, and wellness will be yours!
